I help individuals navigate the space between deep emotional healing and spiritual transformation. Whether you’re processing trauma, moving through a dark night of the soul, or confronting long-avoided truths, this work can be incredibly challenging and uncomfortable, and also deeply liberating.

This process is not about bypassing pain. True healing eventually brings us directly into it, but only you know when you are ready to go there, and my role is to support that process with care, not force.

This path is not theoretical for me. I have lived it. I have walked through my own dark nights, unraveled long-held patterns, and faced the depths I once feared. That lived experience shapes everything I do. It is why I hold space with depth, not just training. I know what it takes to move through the fire and come out the other side more whole. 

Together, we will explore the unconscious patterns that keep you stuck and work to integrate intense or altered states of consciousness. I do not believe in pushing people further than they are ready to go. Instead, I meet you exactly where you are with respect, patience, and attunement to your nervous system and inner timing.

My approach is direct, grounded, and deeply compassionate, free from spiritual fluff and clinical coldness. This space is for those who are ready to face themselves fully and come home to a more whole version of who they truly are.

What I am offering currently is not therapy, but guidance informed by my experience.
